1. Scope of Quotations
All price estimates, wholesale sheets, and institutional proposals generated through this website or provided directly by our Panchkula manufacturing facility are indicative trade quotations subject to written final purchase confirmation and material availability.
2. Custom Specifications & Dimensional Sizing
Mattresses ordered to bespoke or custom institutional dimensions are fabricated based on specifications confirmed in purchase agreements. Production tolerances conform to Indian manufacturing standards (IS specifications).
3. Delivery & Freight Terms
Commercial orders and wholesale dispatches are shipped Ex-Factory from Village Billa, District Panchkula, Haryana, unless specific freight terms (CIF/FOB) are mutually agreed in writing with the commercial client.
4. Jurisdiction
Any commercial disputes or inquiries are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of District Panchkula, Haryana, India.
